vona is a project/brand born from the curiosity of Australian-Czech designer Klara Marie Bliss.

All products are handmade in Europe and all components and materials are carefully curated by the founder herself. With a focus on craft and development, we only offer very limited quantities or one-of-a-kind pieces.

During her studies of costume design at the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine arts, Klara Marie obsessively deep-dived into the history and technology of undergarments. She started posting her lingerie experiments made from upholstery samples and fabric scraps on Instagram at the start of 2020.

Shortly after that, she started selling made-to-order and custom pieces through Instagram, mainly from vintage or deadstock fabrics, inspired by historical lingerie.

Post-graduation she is currently exploring the fields of contemporary womenswear, focusing on alternative jewellery and accessories.
